So to restate your position on this:

- Keffals is partly to blame for her harassment because of poor opsec

- Targets of KF should just take the abuse until their abusers (hopefully) get bored

- Nowhere on earth is safe from a small-ish group of trolls, so there's no point in trying to regain privacy by moving far away

- There's no point in appealing to Cloudflare because it is a replaceable service

I have to say that I disagree on all fronts, especially with the idea that Keffals should have just taken it on the chin and waited it out.

- insofar as "blame" and "ability to prevent" are different, I'm only assigning the latter to keffals

- targets of KF shouldn't broadcast their reactions to abuse, as that is what sustains the posters there

- nowhere on earth is any more safe than is london ontario, to any large degree

"Not entirely blameworthy" means "worthy of some blame".

It's not all about the place. Just being in a new country, especially one where it's possible to prevent your name from being published, makes a difference. It allows Keffals to reset her "opsecs" as you put it.

There are also countries where it's much harder to swat someone and where being swatted is more or less dangerous.

And, finally, if Keffals were to end up in the EU, she would be able to take advantage of GDPR and other privacy protections.

Yes, you did. I highlighted it because it is ridiculous on its face. Cloudflare has become a major backbone of the web, and there is not a real 1:1 replacement for it.

Swatting is never acceptable but if you're trying to hook people's kids up with DIY chemicals brewed in a bathtub then people are going to be quite pissed

What are you referring to? Keffals was not accused of any crime. I don't even think KF was known to be spreading rumors that she was. They just swatted her with a fake tip that they didn't even pretend was real.

Keffals has promoted getting hormones to kids without their parents knowledge[1], and links with BobPosting, who produces them [2][3]. Keffals has previously been involved with Discords where concerning my young people were taking such drugs and having sexual conversations [4]
