Someone commented this on another post of mine and I thought it was more interesting than the original, so I thought to share it here.

I also had to shorten the title; the full one is "Scientists at the University of California, Berkeley, have recorded signals from deep in the brain of a cat to capture movies of how it views the world around it."

I love this old research. I think about it often. I bet all animals see their own species faces in face like objects.
