This is correct. I had friends in Anchor who had believed in the underlying asset, Terra Luna+UST. Sad day.

Even Mike Novogratz who's a professional investor in this stuff had Luna tattooed on him:

Yep, just two months ago there was the announcement about Curve creating the prestigious 4pool of four stablecoins, which included TerraUSD and excluded DAI, sparking a rivalry, in which a DAI founder called the former a Ponzi.

The term blue-chip originates from gambling. I think it's perfectly fine to use it in the context of cryptocurrencies.
