People who get eye strain from computers: how bright do you keep your screen?
I keep mine low (10–20% brightness) and don't get eye strain, but I'm curious whether that's just me, or if others find high brightness is correlated with strain.

Supposedly, it's important to keep blinking regularly as well, which I think I do too.
I guess the only option might be to switch to no-backlight screens (eInk or LCDs with reflective screens), but they are pretty expensive for an experiment in any decent size.
