What's the difference between Akko, EPOMAKER Akko, YUNZII Akko, Womier Akko, Gliging Akko, COSTOM Akko on Amazon?

That all looks... entirely reputable. Absolutely.

From some quick glances at /r/MechanicalKeyboard, Akko looks to be a manufacturer (primarily for switches), while the rest are various distributors.

Funking naming/branding isn't unheard of in the MK world, considering a large amount of stuff is bought from China and rebranded.
