It's not running DHCP. All my machines in the local network have static IPs and DHCP is disabled. I used to use DHCP on the router. The issue persists independently of DHCP
could DHCP be coming via the VPN connection? sure seems like your network is getting a new default router.
But why then would it only affect Google's services?
