I was just looking for a solution in this space, but I want a strong and stable API. This API mentions that it is a "work in progress"[0] unfortunately. Does anyone have a comparable solution that focuses on an API?

Raytio[1] forms are defined as json schema[1] and can be chained together[2] to create a very flexible workflow[3]. Although our focus is on users creating a reusable profile[4] it may fit your needs[5]. We do have an option to self-host in AWS for enterprise customers.
