I saw an article in passing that Ukraine was offering 500,000USD in crypto for every soldier that surrendered with a jet or tank, but my memory fails me.

idk, it recieved 100 mil in relief funds, raised in like two weeks from regular avg people, from around the world?

is that substantial? Seems rather unprecedented.
