People are always victims in a war. Both govs should take their responsibilities, stop the war and resolve this issue peacefully.
What's confusing is, if it is as stated, West's sanctions are more damaging to the global peace than West sending troops.
That's 1 reason I think either the war is not as stated, or West is gambling with nuclear security by economically damaging Russia, because desperate states go to war to capture wealth and resources.
