Ouch, you're right.. I really screwed up there. There's a wage_rate column and a prevailing_wage_rate and I should have used the former.. I'll try to fix this up asap.
For example are there any applications where the wage rate was below the prevailing wage and were accepted?
What is the relationship between % over prevailing wage and acceptance of the application? That might lead to a useful model.
