All my colleagues who have had children took months (3, I think?) of paternity leave. As they should. There are a lot of decent companies with good policies around this.
My friend works for Salesforce, which has 6 months of parental leave. I don't think all Salesforce employees are rich.
Wouldn't it have more to do with the company or national policy and less to do with wealth situation?
I’ve yet to work at a company that didn’t have paternity leave.
