Hacker News Reader

Actually I have an older account (https://news.ycombinator.com/user?id=alexandrethm, also active on github and others), and I simply created this one since I wanted to change username (you can't with HN) and set-up a custom domain email with this new name.

I am not related to them, but I guess I probably should have included other links about services I was thinking to use, or no link at all.

BTW you can change your username by emailing hn@ycombinator.com

I hope they keep their opensource project alive and have it continue to be self hostable.

I use them to subscribe to newsletters so self hosting is very important (I am not sending emails out)

OP - if you're associated with simplelogin directly - what are the long term plans to support self hosting?

Sorry, not associated with them!

I looked at that site, simplelogin is more expensive than iCloud+ and even Fastmail. They should probably rethink their pricing or feature set.
