I meant with conventional warheads. Drop a couple tons on Lenin in Red Square. Certainly it’s just symbolic, but if it’s successful, then it’s would be a failed test of the Moscow anti missile capabilities, and that has much more serious implications for Russia.

Ukraine never had launch authority for these weapons, so this point is moot.

So i know nothing about how missiles work, but if you had physical access for decades, wouldn't it be possible to override those controls?

It might have been possible to repurpose them:

but likely impossible to use them as intended.
