I did not buy a gift card, just used a debit card to upload money to my gift card balance (this was deemed suspicious by amazon).

But at this point having this transaction go through is not a priority, only to have my account unlocked.

I do not have an AWS account. Surprisingly I'm still signed into my account on my amazon android app, as well as audible on my phone, but can't sign in on web, and customer service tells me my account is on hold.
