So let me get it... LastPass was an independent company (which I remember they bought Xmarks, that's for how long I had been using these two!), then it got "recently" [1] bought by LogMeIn, (BTW a company that at that time had a reputation of shady practices and questionable integrity, which was good enough reason for lots of users to leave for greener pastures), and now it becomes its own independent company again?

It's funny how companies come and go. Might as well stayed independent all this time! hah

[1]: It had been "recently" in my own flawed perception of time, but today I found it happened on 2015 so that's 6 years ago already, oh well I guess I'm getting old :')
