He breaks one of the most important rules in writing: when using an uncommon acronym, in this case "RC", one should _always_ provide the full name for it first before using the acronym, i.e. in this case writing "Recourse (RC)", then one can continue to use the acronym. I shouldn't have to click RC to figure out what it is. Infuriating.
