Jokes aside, isn't 90s is good enough? What's your normal one and high one after exercise? I honestly never measure.
60 - awake resting
90-110 - walking, carrying things
120 - light aerobic exercise
130-150+ - a good workout
Either you're an elite athlete with a low resting heart rate or your girlfriends heart rate gets signifincally higher than yours :)
I'd be happy to tell you that I never wear a watch to bed, but that is in part because I don't have a watch.
I don't have data, but I would bet $ that sex is much more beneficial for overall health & wellbeing than exercises resulting in a similar heart rate.
Furthermore, sex is likely to indicate that someone has a loved one (connection, meaning, social life in general).
