Criminalizing speech is always an urge of the elites and establishment. Is it criminal to talk about the Tuskegee Syphilis Study? Are blacks correct to not trust the government? The study only ended in 1972 because of a leak to the press. Should we criminalize these leaks that spread "misinformation" on government funded studies.
