The author had me right up until “However, visuals are an important part of Low-tech Magazine’s appeal, and the website would not be the same without them.” And the next image was like hmmmm that image is smaller and dithered but was it really needed? If you really cared about the environment you would have just gone without that image and saved 100% of the file size. And then should I have children? Each one will consume more resources might as well have zero. And then wait suicide would get rid of me? Where do you draw the line to still live but be good?
