There are no fair skinned men on the page. Weird for something marketed mostly towards fair skinned people.

Not so weird once you realise it has an agenda behind it.

The truth is, they're forcing an extremist view on diversity in spite of the facts. They're allowed to do that. We're allowed to point out the hypocrisy.
