I think if someone chooses to poison themself, they should be triaged below someone who didn't choose to poison themselves, should the need to triage patients occur.
Furthermore, if someone comes in after them, the person who decided to poison him or herself, they should be vacated out of the bed and given the lowest priority. Let them lie on the floor in the hallway or in the chapel until doctors can get to them again.
