How do you reconcile the effect overpopulation has on this planet that said kids are going to inherit with the personal choice of having them? Climate change, plastic and chemical pollution, deforestation and subsequent erosion, factory farming, etc are all linked with the population and its consumption. I think currently each additional person is a net negative to the environment. This might be outweighed by them being a net positive to the society, but it's certainly not a slam dunk.
