My company, Best Buy, has given employees the ability to opt for a 4-day work week, for 20% less salary. All that's required is signoff by your leadership. But, I haven't seen us post roles as a 4-day workweek role.

It's a pretty cool benefit. Someone on my team does it and loves it.
