Companies offering 4 day workweek

I've read that a few companies here and there have experimented with shorter workweeks (like Microsoft Japan) and with great results. Can you recommend any (tech) companies who regularly hire PM's/engineers/designers/QA to work 4 days a week or less?

I've seen https://4dayweek.io/ posted a few times here, so that might be a site to watch. There's other locations where 4 day a week positions come up, but it's more of a rarity.

I've also made it a category on my site. The job listings are not as common and I'll watch this over time to see if there are any significant changes or not.

My company, Best Buy, has given employees the ability to opt for a 4-day work week, for 20% less salary. All that's required is signoff by your leadership. But, I haven't seen us post roles as a 4-day workweek role.

It's a pretty cool benefit. Someone on my team does it and loves it.

That sounds neat. I feel like I'd take that offer. 4x8hr for 80% of my current salary. I guess we'd just have to make sure the rest of the company can be productive during the 5th work day if their teams aren't doing it. Can't be blocking their work etc.

Do you mean 4x10h or something like 4x8h with a full salary?
