I am still in favor of replacing the annoying one hour jumps when switching to and from DST by having a leap second nevery hour for 150 days. That would also force people to fix their leap second bugs.
Is there somewhere to read more about this? It sounds very interesting, are there any places/systems that are considering using this, or even talking about it?
