Horns are already a button in some cars, presumably to make way for an airbag. You don't want your palm on the center of the wheel when that airbag goes off.

Would be great if the horns could be disabled in cities from cab and uber drivers remotely. Like you get 3 horns per day and then were shutting you down. None of them own teslas yet but one day maybe.
