You can order a connection which allows sharing, but it’ll cost you about a grand or so per month.

Shareable/resellable connections are often not offered over cable systems. I have tried to acquire this type of service over coax from with Comcast, Cox & Wave/RCN/Grande.

Yeah, you’ll have to ask the cable company to drop you a fiber line and you’ll be in business.
