Worth mentioning that as of today, YC is also publicly launching a (free) co-founder matching marketplace. (I'm on the team that built it, so would love any feedback on the platform as well!) :)

This is awesome.

Would love to see it featured in a "Launch" post, and perhaps featured more prominently as a permanent nav link.

IMO things like this bring balance back to HN being a place for thought exchange to spur creation - rather than just another reddit-like "let's react to the latest news URL posted".

We actually do have a "Tell HN" I posted an hour or so again. Looks like it's on the front page now! :)

Glad you appreciate this; I think it's an important problem to solve!

Congratulations on the launch Kyle!

I feel there's need-gap in solutions for finding a co-founder and Hope Co-Founder Matching addresses it.

P.S. I've added it to my curated list of startup tools - https://startuptoolchain.com .

Awesome!

Does the YC Startup School specifically target younger entrepreneurs, or is being 50+ Okay here?

There's nothing in the program or community that's directed towards people of a specific age! We don't collect demographic information, but based on my interactions with the community we definitely have lots of 50+ entrepreneurs on the platform.

Just signed up. If you save your profile without a last name, it turns into null.

Hmm, interesting. Will look into that! In the meantime, I assume if you edit your profile to add something to the last name field, it fixes the issue?

yep it does!
