Nesher largely occupies the site of the Palestinian village Balad Al-Sheikh which was depopulated in 1948. So Balad Al-Sheikh Ramla, maybe?

You are probably referring to a different Nesher, some 69 km from the site (the cement factory near Ramle).

This makes the flame down here ridiculous.
