Judging by our primitive visits to Mars at best we could hope for some sort of wreckage or abandoned one-way technology.

If we look at our visits to the ocean depths, we only leave real time traces of our presence.

Assuming we aren’t the aliens and that aliens didn’t seed our planet with life, then if they did visit they didn’t find it compelling enough to stay for very long.
