It could be some vast disinformation conspiracy, but I take the evidence at face value, Occam's razer and all that. I doubt they would try and fool our enemies by claiming aliens. It's not just radar, it's the consistency between eyewitness reports, video, and radar. I'm only talking about the recent military sightings that are being declassified.
