According to Al Jazeera (who's offices were also in that tower), there were sixty residential apartments in there. Sixty families at least have lost their home, possessions and memories.

Literally what ELSE do you have to do when you are basically jailed in 5km^2, other than building and sending rockets to the entity jailing you. Of course they are going to rebel. Its literally the plot of the movie "the maze". What else would you do ?
Someone born in gaza the past 30 years or more is literally blocked BY ISRAEL to go anywhere else in the world.
With no hope, literally anyone would start rebelling and building rockets.
Let us not forget all of the Palestinians displaced (and killed) due to the state sponsored settlements...
