Nobody — nobody — knows the entire legal code, because it is much to big. Cops necessarily have to look for suspicious behaviour and then afterwards see what fits.
I don’t like this at all, I want all legal codes to be simple enough for the average person to know their legal rights and legal responsibilities, but that’s the status quo.
Please show data that "a large amount" of policing is done this way, keeping in mind most of these arguments are in the context of the US.
I haven’t used the noprocrast feature. But there is a “parent” link to see further up a thread when checking discussion replies. The description of norpocrast doesn’t seem to describe removing that.
