Build a product on your spare time. You can start by something simple that you can finish, then publish it.

Even if it's a website that converts miles to kilometers or whatever... it doesn't matter. Just build something that you own.

Even if it's the 1000th clone of 2048 or flappy bird. This one will be yours.

Then do it again, and again, and again... until you get better at it and you do not need a job anymore.
