Right now the only close up images of either the moon or Mars that exist are the images taken by national and international scientific research groups such NASA, Космическая программа СССР, 国家航天局, Bhāratīya Antrikṣ Anusandhān Saṅgaṭhan, etc.),
none of which see anything artificial beyond their own collective probes on either body.
So, like everyone else on this thread is asking you: what are you even talking about?
