My next question would be how many co-founders are you looking for, and what do you need them to bring to the table?

1. Get very clear about what weaknesses you have. The clearer you are about these and the less afraid of them you are, the more easily you’ll be able to recognize someone who complements you. This will also help you figure out where to look.
2. Cultivate relationships with people who complement you and who help you to think in ways you can’t do alone. Invest in these relationships whether or not the individual is available to be a co-founder - they may help you find the right person, or their circumstances may change, but either way you’ll be practicing the kind of relationship that you’ll need with co-founders so that when you find the right one, it will be obvious.
