It is for people who are working on side-projects, startups and or want to build a startup. It is open for everyone. It is to help each other as well as find someone to work with on a project.

> Are you working with the OP or is this different?

It is a separate server.

> I wasn't sure how discord works.

Discord (https://discord.com) allows a user to create a "server" for a topic of interest. Other discord users can then join the server. The admins of the server can create multiple channel for discussing sub-topics.

> The OP posted a discord username, not a different channel (I think)

Yes, you are right. OP posted his/her username. Whereas I posted a discord server link. You can join the server by creating a discord account on https://discord.com
