How do you measure neutrality?

Do you really not know what GP is referring to?

Regardless of your political leanings, cancellation is an action, not a neutral position.

Kind of ironic when the party in question is trying to cancel one of the laws that allows providers to be neutral in the first place

You can be against both things at the same time (cancelling said party and said party's plans against neutrality).
