Apparently this was released about a year ago. Prior to that, there was a redacted version that only showed names.
True, but the only lines that seem to be redacted are those on page 91 under "Massage , Florida (a)". I would expect this document could have been more heavily redacted, though its curious that a hand full of lines remain redacted.
Hypothesis: "redacted" in the original because of changed/abandoned phone number.
Clearly you have not heard of the all-powerful Floridian Massage Parlor lobby.
