When that building contains the entire legislative branch, when you're carrying guns, clubs, and handcuffs, when you club a police officer to death with a fire extinguisher as you break through the line, then YES, it is violence.

Five people are dead, including one police officer who had his head bashed in with a fire extinguisher.

You are not arguing in good faith here.

You're using the deadly medical emergencies of three participants to bolster the idea that they were behaving violently and you want to accuse me of arguing in bad faith?

They built literal gallows and chanted "hang Mike Pence."[0] While wondering the building looking for people like Mike Pence with flex cuffs.

This was a violent protest and you are absolutely arguing in bad faith (by ignoring most of what we now know about the events that took place).

Likely as not an effigy symbol. Mike Pence was never going to be hanged on the Capitol steps. The guy has Secret Service on him 24x7
