The only rules being observed here in East London are that bars and restaurants are takeaway only.

People aren't wearing masks in super markets or on public transport (staff included). People continue visiting each other en-mass. Non essential work places remain open. They still haven't confirmed which schools will reopen on Monday. Until yesterday the government were adamant it would be all of them.

There is no lockdown here.
