So we short Tesla? Are people taking the other side of this if they are so sure?

The market can stay irrational longer than you can stay solvent.

Apparently many are. Tesla is the most shorted stock in the US, apparently[0]

If you are less confident about it you can buy a put to limit your downside risk.
