For what it's worth, I had https://www.hardkernel.com/shop/odroid-n2-with-4gbyte-ram-2/ to self-host some services and it died after 3 months.

Please elaborate on 'died'?

Over the years I've accumulate 10+ Odroid boards that are all still in use, and non have ever died on me.

Actually that's not entirely true, I did have an Odroid Weather Board that got a burned BME280 sensor because I left it outdoors in the rain.

I bought an Odroid once. It was DOA. It was cheaper to throw it in the garbage than mail it back to Korea. I'm glad you've had better luck.
