For example, Twitter could easily and automatically remove a ton of white supremacist accounts using machine learning but haven't. Many of these accounts follow obvious patterns that ML can easily detect. Why don't they do it?
That department doesn't realize they were told to do this by a director who knows the true purpose is propaganda.
