I have to say that on the balance it's better than the right's strategy of demonizing and mass murdering people for being Black or gay or trans, and making healthcare for women and girls illegal.
Also, I assume you are objecting to restricting abortion which is a very narrow procedure to broaden to making healthcare illegal.
