Democrats supposedly claim to want to "tax the rich" and give people social welfare programs. Of course at the same time democrats have been well known for corruption (see city of Chicago as an example) so I think their talk is rather fickle. Actions speak louder than words as they say.

Fair question - that's why I specifically called out Obama, and specifically referred to the left flank of Democrats (Bernie, Warren, AOC) who would back their rhetoric with some action. Warren, in particular, has demonstrated some good track record here with CFPB. I would certainly not expect anything from Biden, Schumer or Pelosi.
