Is there any information as to where this came from? Yes, the FBI vault, but why did they choose to release this now?

Did somebody request it? If so, how did they know to request this specific piece of information? (Is this how FOIA requests work?)

There was something just like this on reddit a few days ago, but it was dated April 1.

Seems a bit odd that somebody would go out of their way to release something like this unless it was either asked for, or it was a joke.
