Edit: One of your sites (login.sabrecms.com) has expired SSL certificates. Might want to re-run Lets Encrypt. Can I suggest a cronjob? Mind you, they do send you an email whenever one of your certificates is about to expire.
I hope the basis of the post is how you didn't communicate how the code was supposed to be integrated well enough, and how you've learned to give clear instructions without assuming knowledge on the part of other people now.
