LTE isn't practical for more than one person. You're getting 10-100x less speed for your money, not to mention terrible latency.

It kind of looks like they are classifying that as "Mobile (Cell) Internet Providers" rather than "Home Internet Providers"

I tried the "About Our Internet Data" form and it wasn't 100% crystal clear, but the results implied they are only considering cable and dsl or whatever to be "home internet".
