It is exactly nationality-based stereotyping, based on a single example.

This type of thinking, and the inability to see it even when pointed out, is why we have BLM.

I cannot see the original comment, but reading your comment, I cannot help solving the equation and determining he works for Jerry Yang.

The original comment specified that his manager was female, otherwise this would make perfect sense :)
